Policy for TPSPs supporting COIFs

This is a placeholder-page for the full legal text of the regulatory technical standard (RTS) on policy for ICT third-party service providers (”TPSPs”) supporting critical or important functions (”COIFs”), supplementing DORA. It was submitted by the ESAs to the European Commission in January 2024 as mandated by Article 28(10) of DORA. It is expected to become applicable on 17 January 2025 along with DORA.
