Register of Information

This is a placeholder-page for the full legal text of the implementing technical standard (ITS) on the register of information, supplementing DORA. It was submitted by the ESAs to the European Commission in January 2024 as mandated by Article 28(9) of DORA. It is expected to become applicable on 17 January 2025 along with DORA.

The ITS on register of information defines standard templates and schemas for a register to maintain and update, at entity level as well as at sub-consolidated and consolidated levels, in relation to all contractual arrangements on the use of ICT services provided by ICT third-party service providers.
