TL;DR The Digital Operations Resilience Act from EU will enter into force on the twentieth day after being published in the Official Journal of the European Union, and will take effect from 17 January 2025. The purpose of the Act is to ensure that digital operations infrastructure across EU is resilient, secure and can protect users data.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 17 January 2025.
