Notification duties

TL;DR The Digital Operations Resilience Act from the EU requires Member States to notify the Commission, ESMA, the EBA and EIOPA of their laws, regulations, and administrative provisions for implementation of the Digital Operations Resilience Act by 17 January 2025. Member States must also notify the Commission, ESMA, the EBA and EIOPA of any future amendments to the Digital Operations Resilience Act.

Member States shall notify the laws, regulations and administrative provisions implementing this Chapter, including any relevant criminal law provisions, to the Commission, ESMA, the EBA and EIOPA by 17 January 2025. Member States shall notify the Commission, ESMA, the EBA and EIOPA without undue delay of any subsequent amendments thereto.
